Our CNC-machined deflection offers increased stability and maximum durability – especially for off-road driving under demanding conditions.
The precise manufacturing guarantees a perfect fit without modifications to the original bracket.

Highlights:

• Thickened & widened: The components were thickened by 3 mm and widened by 6 mm to absorb greater impact and tensile forces and to prevent breakage at high drop points.

• Enlarged inner surface: The inner support surface has been thickened by 5 mm and moved 10 mm outwards. This increases the range of motion of the shock absorber spring and protects modified springs from extreme compression.

• Grease nipples: Enable targeted lubrication of the connection to prevent premature wear.

• Smooth suspension: Precise double-row, locked needle bearings ensure smooth and jerk-free movement of the suspension.

• High-quality material: Made from lightweight and robust 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum.

• Corrosion-resistant: Anodized surface reliably protects against rust and corrosion – ideal for all weather conditions.

• CNC precision: Machined for an exact fit and high-quality surface finish.
