Benefits include improved fork response, perfect roundness in the clamping area even under load, increased torsional rigidity of the fork, and self-locking of the fork tubes in both directions. The split clamps ensure optimal fork function. Due to the secure clamping of the fork, there is no mutual influence on the clamping screw preload. The lower overall weight results from the fact that no material was processed between the clamping screws. (Standard offset Suzuki RM-Z 250 / 450 21.5mm).
